The Condor Sigma can be equipped with a maximum of three separate cameras mounted in different positions to offer the best range of imaging possibilities.

Crystal clear pictures with optical resolutions down to 1.5 μm

The standard configuration contains a perpendicular automation camera at a small offset from the test point with a choice of two magnifications and optical resolutions down to 1.5 µm. Optionally a second perpendicular camera can be mounted, which could have a different magnifaction. A very commonly used third option is the use of a trinocular microscope with camera, which allows to view the test tool.

Any camera can be used for the automatic documentation of failure modes, measurements. For automation, fiducial mark recognition is available.
