Sigmaは自動測定機能を標準装備（※画像処理機能はオプション）。回転式測定ヘッド（RMU）に最大6種類のセンサーを搭載可能。各種測定の切り替えはワンクリックで完了しますので作業効率の大幅な改善に貢献します。
シェアセンサー専用のヘッド（SMU) 、プル/プッシュセンサー専用ヘッド（PMU）もご用意。センサー精度は回転ヘッド（RMU）搭載時と同一です。各ヘッドでツール高さは共通のため、ヘッド交換後も顕微鏡の高さ調整は不要です
